Chilly and the Blue Notes (PRINT EDITION)

One day Chilly decides he wants to play music. Egg Drop Sue encourages him to try. He visits the music store and buys a piano. When his friends find out, they want to play music with him. Walt D. Walrus, Cheddar Cheese, Paula Penguin and Silver Spoon all join him and form a band.

They soon find that Chilly is only interested in one song, “Do You Know the Muffin Man.” He plays it over and over and over again.  First, his friends stop playing. Then the piano notes stop making a sound. Chilly thinks his piano is broken. He asks Egg Drop Sue for help. She calls her friend Melody Maker, the music teacher. She comes over and talks to the Blue Notes. She realizes they want to play more songs. She suggests they play Tom Petty and the Heart Breaker songs. Everyone has a favorite. Now they play music together and are happy all day long.
